Free Sample Policy

All treats are handcrafted and dehydrated in small batches. Orders process within 2 to 4 business days to ensure maximum fresh quality before shipment.

Because our treats are human-grade single-ingredient goods, we handle concerns individually. Contact us within 14 days of receipt for store credit or replacements.

We gladly include a free sample with every order upon request. Simply specify which treat your pup would like to test in the order comment section at checkout.
